Acid Stain enhances old and new concrete surfaces by creating multi-hued coloring effects that resemble the looks of marble, tiles, weathered leather and stone using a deep penetrating concrete stain system. Custom designs or logos are also possibilities.

These colors are created by a chemical reaction between the blended metallic salts in the acid stain, and the hydrated lime in the surface of the hardened concrete. Under normal circumstances, this product will not peel, chip or fade.

Unlike paint-like stains, acid stains are chemically reactive stains. These stains permanently  transform the concrete into a unique and rich palette of colors.  The marbled effect is caused from the unevenly distributed concrete while the concrete is being finished. Many application techniques can be used, including spraying, brooming, swirling, sponging, ragging and mixing colors, producing beautiful, yet different results.
